Tell the SCC: Reject NextEra's Takeover of Dominion
NextEra, the Florida-based utility giant, wants to buy Dominion Energy in a $67 billion deal. The State Corporation Commission decides whether it goes through, and it's accepting written public comments until November 9. More than 1,500 comments have already been filed. Every one becomes part of the official record in Case No. PUR-2026-00112.
You don't need to be an energy expert to weigh in. Tell the Commission who you are, where you live, and what this deal would mean for you, whether that's your power bill, data centers in your community, or NextEra's track record in Florida.
